Dance Academy show and the show Camp?

Anybody else think its super weird that the new American show "Camp" has a lot of characters from the Australian show "Dance Academy??" LOL

Update:
Well I just thought it was weird because I see the charecters on the Camp show and I automatically think of their charecters on Dance Academy ughhh lol
